The Wines:

Bulles Brut: this sparkling wine boasts an elegant straw-yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it stands out with lively aromas of green apple, anticipating a distinctive freshness. On the palate, it delivers a crisp and dry pleasure, balanced by a sharp freshness, making it the ideal choice to start a convivial gathering or celebrate special moments.

Caterina Rosé: dressed in a delicate salmon pink with coppery reflections, this rosé is characterized by its creamy, ultra-fine perlage. The bouquet is rich and captivating, bursting with notes of rose, linden and wisteria, harmonizing with nectarine peach, Cantaloupe melon, wild strawberries, and citrus hints of raspberry, mandarin, kumquat, and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is intense and silky, with a perfect balance between fruity acidity and notes of citrus and marasca cherry, offering a consistent and rich tasting experience.

Canto: this still white wine shines with a bright straw-yellow hue. Initially sweet on the nose, it features notes of greengage plum, yellow peach, Williams pear, yellow melon, syruped apricot, and elderflower. It then evolves into exotic hints of pineapple, passion fruit, starfruit and banana, set against a background of acacia honey. On the palate, it is flavorful and smooth, with impeccable balance enhanced by a lively savoriness. It finishes elegantly with traces of syruped fruit, orange zest, candied melon, and a subtle aftertaste of licorice.
