The pedoclimatic environment is exceptionally favorable for the development of polyphenols and anthocyanins in the grapes, thanks to the significant temperature variations that characterize our vineyard. It is bordered to the west by a dense forest and to the east by the lakes of Chiusi, Montepulciano, and Trasimeno. The terrain, spread across multiple slopes, gives rise to highly prestigious crus due to the diverse soil compositions: mixed textures (sand, clay, silt), gravel-sand, or gravel-clay.
