Our grapes ripen in rows of Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Verdello, Teroldego, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, and Grechetto vines, and are harvested by hand.

They are placed in small crates and brought to the winery’s “Grape Selection” area, where the process begins with an initial manual sorting table. This is followed by an automatic sorting phase for the individual berries, and finally, a third manual sorting step ensures only the finest grapes are selected.
