The wine:

Bright straw yellow, in the nose is sweet with Claudia plum mature, yellow peach, Williams pear, yellow melom, syrupy apricot and eiderflower; to opens further with hints of vanilla and cotton candy and pastry, candied citron. The odorous path also denotes exotic fruit, ananas, maracuja, carambola, and banana on a background of acacia honey. Tasty, soft and well-balanced with elegant silky effect enlivening by a strong sapidity. It closes with a trail of fruit in syrup and orange peel and candied melon and an idea of licorice.

Food pairings: Risotto with porcini mushrooms, vegetables first dishes, seafood cuisine and grilled fish.

· Manual harvesting and selection of bunch of grapes
· Soft pressing for whole bunches of grapes
· Alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks
· Cold fining at the end of fermentation
