Opening Event on March 26th during the Anteprima del Nobile di Montepulciano

Saturday, March 26th, will be a day of celebration at the Podere Casanova Wine Art Shop, a warm and informal meeting place dedicated to wine and art in the heart of Montepulciano. On the occasion of the Anteprima del Nobile di Montepulciano, the shop will officially welcome the spring season with an art exhibition by Venetian artist Eros Rizzo, creating a symbolic connection between Tuscany and Veneto, the homeland of owners Susanna and Isidoro Rebatto.

A Unique Artistic Connection between Veneto and Tuscany

Eros Rizzo, known as “the painter of Este,” is widely recognized not only in his hometown, where he captures monuments, churches, arcades, and palaces with his visionary and instinctive style, but also beyond. Susanna, a childhood friend from Este, had invited him some time ago for a stay in Montepulciano, knowing his immersive artistic process—he must experience and absorb the places he paints, making them his own. From this visit, the idea for “Infinite Horizons between Veneto and Tuscany” was born, where Eros Rizzo interprets Montepulciano’s rich history and beauty through his distinctive artistic style.

A Celebration of Art, Music, and Wine

The Podere Casanova Wine Art Shop will welcome visitors non-stop from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, greeting them with a flute of sparkling Bulles Brut, while inviting them to explore the exhibition.

At 5:00 PM, guests will be enchanted by the melodious notes of Baroque music, performed by harpist Laura Cozzani.

For those interested, a tasting experience will be available: a glass of Rosso di Montepulciano paired with traditional Tuscan Easter bread (ciaccia di Pasqua) and local capocollo and salami (€10).
