WINES

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano “Settecento”: A carefully selected manual harvest of the grapes from a portion of our vineyard affectionately known as il Bosco. After a 30-day fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is transferred into medium-toast French oak—barriques, tonneaux, and 1,000-liter casks. It shows a ruby-red color and an intense aromatic profile, featuring fruity notes of redcurrant, black cherry, and plum, followed by tertiary hints of cocoa, tobacco, and spices.

Bulles Brut: Our constant drive to explore new flavors and bold pairings—bringing a touch of Venetian tradition into our beloved Tuscan vineyards—led us, in 2018, to bottle our own brut: Bulles Brut. The result of a cuvée of Grechetto, Verdello, and Chardonnay, it offers pleasantly fresh and lively bubbles on the palate.
