WINES

Rosso di Montepulciano:
After fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature—allowing for maximum extraction of fruity aromas (cherry, raspberry, wild berries)—the wine continues its ageing in a dedicated, temperature-controlled area of our cellar before bottling. It presents itself as a fresh, pleasant wine, rich in fruity notes.

Nobile di Montepulciano:
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature to enhance the finest fruity aromas (cherry, raspberry, wild berries). Ageing follows in wooden barrels—barriques and tonneaux—which ensure a homogeneous contact surface, bringing out the ellagic tannins that give the wine its roundness and softness. Vinification concludes in another dedicated ageing area of our cellar. After two years, it is offered to the most discerning palates as a wine of great elegance.

Irripetibile:
“Irripetibile” is one of our collectible Super Tuscans, crafted from a meticulous selection of the finest grapes chosen from various parcels of Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in barriques with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in fine French oak.
