WINES

Bulles Brut: Our inclination to constantly explore new flavors and bold pairings—bringing a touch of Venetian tradition into our beloved Tuscan vineyards—led us, in 2018, to bottle our own brut: Bulles Brut. The result of a cuvée of Grechetto, Verdello, and Chardonnay, it delivers pleasantly fresh, lively bubbles on the palate.

Canto – IGT Tuscany White Wine: Pale straw-yellow with greenish highlights, typical of young, fresh wines with good intensity and concentration. On the nose it reveals intense fruity aromas, with pronounced notes of pear, peach, bitter almond, exotic fruit, and floral hints of acacia, elderflower, hawthorn, and crushed currant leaves. On the palate it is fresh, full-bodied, with great minerality and persistence.

Mistico di Montepulciano: A deep golden-yellow color tending toward amber, with broad, intense aromas featuring fruity notes of jam, blackberry, plum, dried and caramelized fruit, and spicy nuances of cinnamon, cardamom, and honey. On the palate it stands out for its softness and roundness, with long persistence—extremely well-balanced, savory, and full-bodied.
